Dr Moiloa (carstenhof), lacking of humanity

This is the worst Gynecologist ive been too. She is so cold and unwelcoming. Everything is so mechanical with her. Question after question without a discussion or even a sign of care of what the patient is experiencing. I was urgently looking for a Gynecologist due to excruciating abdominal pains. My usual doctor's were fully booked until March so she was the only available doctor at short notice. I did a pap smear and scan with her. I got my results 2 weeks later over the phone and all she said was "Dimakatso, you have an infection that may cause a fishy smell, I have prescribed a ******l cream to use, the receptionist will send it to you, ok bye bye". What kind of diagnosis is this? She sounded like she was reading a script. I worry because I explained to her that I had previously suffered with the same pains and had a colposcopy and Lletz procedure done. She charges so much, I feel like it was a waste of money because I still have these pains.
