UNDERMINING

i recently went to the dentist a month ago to do a patch , the first thing i picked up when i got to the doctor is the receptionist was not very welcoming and looked very much dis interested in giving info i needed to know as to what time the doctor would arrive at the surgery etc she looked as is she had just woken up from sleep and her attitude and rolling of the eyes is definately not a way of inviting people into a surgery. her voice is so soft and i had to constantly ask her to repeat. i then made a booking and when i went to my appointment she started asking me me stupid silly questions as to who i was and if had never been there before and she interrogated me the whole time with so much suspition that i found totally ridiculous and embarrassing because i definately know who i am.I EVENTUALY DID THE FITTING WITH THE DOC and my appointment was scheduled the following week .i then left for the eastern cape.when i came back i went back for my patch. i have never been humiliated and undermined in my life like i was when i went to that dentist,i was literally told i was not Kefiloe Mdoda and was denied my patch because the believe i had been there before even when i told them nev
