Very bad service

I took my son Seth Naidoo to Dr. Tabiri on 7 November 2016 he diagnosed my son with eppilepsie and refered me to take him for a cat scan witch i am unable to do as i dont have a job and no income i also went to sassa to claim dissibilty grand for him as he is now only 2 years old we then phone the docter asking him if he could please help me just to full in the sassa documents and he refused he said he cannot help me as i did not go and see him again i tried to explain to him that i do not have a job so i cannot afford to pay him and he dropped the call i even tried to ask his receptionist Lerato if i can arrangement to pay him off and she immediatly said no what am i to do i have no income what so ever sassa need a document to be filled in i have no idee where to now i hope someone can help me
