The Good Samaritan Doctor

<p>Was out shopping my family when i suddenly experienced these harsh lower abdominal pains. As my boyfriend and i were driving around we came across this surgery that he quickly rushed me into. When we got the reception help immediately dropped everything she was doing and ran to me. She tried by all means to calm me down, but due to the state i was in she failed. I told her i did not have my handbag but honestly needed help. She consulted with the good Doctor and they both agreed that they must see me. All they had was my name and my word telling them that i had a medical aid.</p> <p> </p> <p>Dr Maria Nkopodi gave me an injection and helped me with pains, she gave me a diagnosis and even gave me counselling.</p> <p>I have heard stories of people being chased away from medical centres because they could not produce their medical aid cards or even id books.</p> <p>Hammanskraal needs to recognise this good Samaritan</p> <p> </p> <p>May God continue to bless you.</p> <p> </p>
