Unprofessional to the core

I booked an appointment on Wednesday for Saturday 09h00, i arrived promptly 09h00 it is 11h00 the doctor has not arrived no explanation whatsoever and im told to book for Tuesday. And people wonder why we go to white establishment such doctors ***** the name of black businesses.
