Terrible

I'm writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the care my husband received from Dr. De Beer. Following two recent procedures, my husband was left completely in the dark regarding aftercare instructions. This included crucial details like pain management, wound care , and potential side effects to watch out for.

Furthermore, Dr. De Beer never visited us after either procedure to address any questions or concerns. We were simply instructed to call his office two days later, but reaching him proved nearly impossible.

Ten days after the second procedure, my husband experienced severe bleeding and pain. After yet another failed attempt to contact Dr. De Beer's office, we rushed him to the emergency room.

The ER doctor then informed us that Dr. De Beer claimed to have warned us about these bi-weekly episodes and the need for a dietician. We were shocked, as this information was never mentioned during my husband's brief consultations with Dr. De Beer.

Discharged from the ER with more questions than answers, we are never returning to Dr. De Beer. My friend also had a traumatic experience with him, and knowing this beforehand, we would have avoided him altogether.
