TOUCH BY AN ANGEL

My Mother was diagnosed with Vascular Dementia and is very sick. about 2 weeks ago I realize that one of the reasons why she shut everyone out of her life, is the fact that she can not hear. her hearing is so much affected that she could not hear us at all. I try all over to get some help for my mother, but in vein. everyone told me that I have to take her to the consulting rooms and have at least R9000 up front before anyone can assist me. i was heart broken, as my Mom is to weak to transport in and out to consulting rooms, and I really do not have that kind of money as my Moms sickness cost me a fortune as I have to buy nappies and food supplements as she do not eat and the medication is also a lot. i even phone Hospice and the Alzheimers Association, where one lady told me that my Mom is going to die anyway so why bother with hearing aid. luckily the Ear Institute give me the contact details of Dr MM Cilliers Audiologists where I met Yolandi Du Plessis. What an Angel! she pay my Mom a visit at home and immediately comfort me and say she will help me. she get some sponsored hearing aids and visit my Mom today again with the aid and fit it to her ears. the joy om my Moms face when she could hear Yolandi talking to her, I would never forget in y whole life. and surprisingly my bill was less than R1000 . what YOLANDI DU PLESSIS done for my Mom, I will remember for the rest of my life.
