Worst time management ever!

The Surgery opens at 9:00. I got here at 9:30 no doctor. Paid and waited... 9:45 no doctor still. Asked the receptionist what time does the doctor get here apparently between 9:30 to 10:00 and that she'd be here by 10. It's now 10:30 and the doctor is still no show. Just one update saying she's 5min away when she's clearly 15min away in Rabie Ridge. I love Dr Mahlangu but this is unacceptable. My dad had to leave me here and go back to work because he has a meeting at 11:00.

Before this the receptionists were rude and didn't answer the phone i had to even prove myself to them and show them my call log (called the previous day to book during work hours more than 4 times) but I came back because the Dr provides a good service but this is sadly my last time here atleast respect people's time when they pay and are sick.
