Billed without consultation done

Shes a *****ster, also her story is on the internet where she de*****ed Sars about R700,000.I didn't go to the appointment and she billed me.They don't even disclose that info when you make an appointment that should you cancel you will be billed.I guess this is how she survives by de*****ing people.Disgusting.
