Unqualified medical professionals hired

My mother is a 66jr old diabetic, she was admitted by Dr MC Du Randt for an operation at Eugene Marais Hospital. Two weeks later she had to go to remove her stitches. The 'qualified' nurse who removed the stitches said that my mother's wound was looking healty and good. The following day my mother experienced pain in and around the wound when I took her to the emergency room the Dr(at the emergency unit) told us that the wound was infected and an abses formed. Now how do a Dr hire a pathetic, unqualified, useless so called nurse to work with his patients!?!?!?!
