If I could give a 0 rating I would. Coming in from the emergency department I was told to be seated for 15min while they find someone who can help me open a file. That time I'm in pain and dizzy, after enquiring past the 15min feeling I'm about to pass out I was told to go to triage where nurse took my vitals and moved me to observation room and doctor only saw me for about 5min, did not do a body exam just stood there and asked me routine health questions then said I will be admitted with Dr Khayinza as my physician. I was moved to medical ward at 10pm. The following day at 13h00 I had not seen that said Khayinza Dr. Was only on drip medication for allergy and pain until I decided to be discharged and moved to another hospital. For the amount of money they bill medical aid this is nonsense and unacceptable. Such a shame people who are ill are being subjectee to such horrid conditions. Sies!
