S K Matseke Hospital Pharmacy terrible service

I went to the Pharmacy on 29/11/2024 to get my chronic medication and it wasn’t in stock, the lady that assisted told me that it would be delivered to my place of residence on 30/10/2024 and she will call me to confirm this which of course never occurred. I literally called this Pharmacy about 15 times and the phone is never answered. When it was answered by Bonani I literally was on the call with her for 12-13 minutes for her to just open my profile keep in my mind this is my airtime being abused her. She is very unhelpful, rude and lacks care. Ive been a patient of this hospital for a while and this is not my first complaint but it seems like this is the service standards they maintain for their chronic patients.

Hopefully for their sake this is addressed with the urgency it requires.
