Poor service and incompetence saff

I had a very disappointing experience with the service. It felt like being at a public hospital—extremely slow and disorganized. I waited at the reception for more than 1 hour and 30 minutes, even though there were only two people ahead of me. The staff didn’t seem to be in a hurry to assist, and the overall experience was frustrating. Definitely not what I expected.
