Martenity case
Was admitted in the early hours of the morning on the 9th of October 2024 around 00:30 am ready to give birth but naturally but unfortunately I had complications and had to do an emergency C-section, oh my welcoming nurse Brenda was awesome 👌 untill I got to theater and the *** guy( sorry I dnt know his name) who had to administer my spinal cord injection was rude, I still had labor pains and the way he spoke to me to tell me to move from the other bed to the operating bed was very insensitive considering I could hardly move my hands or feet,he made me feel small I jst had to tell him to back off because I was trying my best to move, anyway I'm giving the hospital a 4 star because the martenity nurses both knight and day shift were angels also going to the kitchen staff and the nurses in the infants ICU section were super friendly and professional, I really felt safe and loved. I got the best service and to top it all me and my baby are alive. Nothing is perfect but I would value my experience on 90%.
