Let people be sober when dealing with peoples lives

I had short breath and my heart was beatings fast close to heart attack as my hypertension was raving high. Arrived round 23h45 then the doctor on call came and ask me what brought me to hospital. He did not have stereoscopic with him and he was smelling and apparently drunk. I asked to be given oral pain killer and left because I was scared of the worst than what brought me to hospital
