incompetency and negligence, total disregard for human life .Lack of dedication

Lesedi clinic now known as Dr Matseke is the worst private hospital ever I will never set my foot in that hospital neither will nay of my family members I took my grandson who is 1 year 6 months there Thursday of the 12th in the evening, I went there knowing that the hospital has a bad reputation but because it was late at night, it was raining and the baby couldn’t stop vomiting I rushed there .The baby was treated and discharged early hours of the morning only for the baby to get sick again in the morning this time with fever. The baby was retuned and seen at casualty, was put on a drip, took bloods and was taken to ward 2. I later in the morning went to check on them and a nurse who was admitting pointed out that the drip was not running and said she will come back and also advised that the doctors are around and will see my the baby . I went home to rest for few hours when my daughter woke me up to say that Mom the baby has not been seen by the doctor since you left and no one has come to change the drip. I rushed to hospital and demanded the head of the hospital and a gut by the name of Thabo attended to my query, we went to the ward and it was now late in the evening the doctor still hasn’t come to see the bay .Upon Thabo’s investigation it was found that my grandson was never registered in the ward hence the doctor didn’t see him and the drip was never changed the time it was supposed to The feedback was an admitting nurse was handed offer to the nurse who was working in that ward but he took another patient somewhere without handing over at least to another nurse to carry out so basically what it meant is my grandson was in the ward but not registered, totally missed .If my daughter did not call me to hospital the situation was going to remain like that I don’t know until when? The doctor said to me that he was around in the morning and the baby name was not on the books so he saw only patients that were on the book .When he was called back he was already going home. Cutting matter short Thabo promise to discuss the matter with ward manager and the negligent and icompent nurse and will call me yesterday but it hasn’t happened .Thereafter the nurses were so unfriendly , actually they are very much unfriendly I just made it worse by logging a complaint on that day you can see the animosity on their faces .

I’m waiting to see how much they claimed on my medical aid for the pathetic service they have provided my family , if a child was seriously ill or any other child was seriously ill could have died whilst not being attended because of the negligence and the incompetency of the nurses at that hospital

This hospital already had a bad reputation and i thought since they changed from Lesedi to Dr Matseke it will be better but i had it all wrong
