HOSPITAL FAILING TO KEEP THEIR END OF BARGAIN

I gave birth at Dr SK Matseke hospital on 24/10/2022. As part of maternity package, I was supposed to get a baby bag but I didn't. I was told that they are out of stock. It's been 5 weeks since I gave birth and when I call to enquire, I'm sent from pillar to post with last one indicating that they are still out of stock. The sad part is I paid what was due to the hospital but they can't keep their end of bargain. I would have expected this at government hospital not where we are paying so much for the services.
