Horrible customer health care service

Horrible customer service and I sent an email to them complaining 7 days ago and no one has contacted me I hate that hospital

Is with sad regret that I write this email about your poor service and the bad treatment that we got at your facility and people that show no remorse because they fail to put themselves in our shoes, if it were your kids let alone any of your family members we don't think that they would've gotten the treatment that we got.

This even started from the day we got to the reception where instead of being admitted properly we got asked if we knew that our medical aid is being terminated on the 30th Sept as if we didn't know that and not sure how it was any of the persons business who was assisting.

If my husband hadn't made the necessary solutions to have our daughter get the MRI scan it wouldnt have been done purely because of negligence and sense of don't care attitude from Karabo the radiology manager as well as the owner Dr Khanyakude who when we raised our issue they then laughed in our faces and Karabo who then said the MRI cannot not be done but they themsleves told us to come through on Wednesday.

Dr Matseke this radiology entity that is currently assessing your patients just to alert you they just don't care about us or should I say they had no empathy towards me, my wife and my sickly daughter who was told by Mr Karabo infront of nurse Sethole that the RMI WON'T BE DONE TODAY with a straight face not concidering if I drove from far to come to Lesedi or I walked but said HE WON'T ASSIST US. Then I raised the matter with Dr Khanyakude who kept on laughing time again also to their radiology receptionist who I found all of them on their cell phones who they didn't even care about us so I ask my self how did this radiology company ended up getting this tender to start with because they truly not representing your Hospital morals values and growth they just the to get their monies worth and go. The Dr that is scheduled to work on Wednesdays after he told all the patients that he can't assist us today he just left and went home, even him as a doctor that took an auth that he will go above and beyond to assist all patients, he showed us no empathy so again Dr Matseke how did this radiology entity be part of your Hospital.

Please you and your board of directors need to rethink that radiology company that is under your hospital because why do they have 1 MRI scan machine meanwhile we have more than 10 radiology company that are currently best withing our South African boarders but No Dr Khanyakude got the tender but laughs at us when we have issues about the service we get from her staff

Lesedi and Tshepo Themba if you don't know we as Soweto middle class people that can afford medical aid we carry you and your staff to make millions but the way we get treated is nothing bedder than Chris hani hospital.

Then I met Sue and Ruth who were both rude again when I came to raise my issues with management

In saying that we need to be reimbursed for every little cent we spent on coming to your hospital for being treated and handled they way we were. And again this mattet will be taken further than what it's being currently.

The only best service I got in your hospital is from the cleaning ladies and the lady that works at your KIOSK
