EMMA: A VERY BAD BRAND AMBASSADOR TO THAT HOSPITAL

I am beyond livid with the service i received from admissions, given specifically by a rude lady named Emma. An administrator should be the face and ambassador of the hospital and that lady in particular should be placed in a hidden place where she won't be interacting with HUMAN BEINGS who are sick and desperate for medical attention.

I have stage 4 endometriosis and was experiencing a terrible flare up( pains) which is an emergency and she was nothing but utter rude to me and my family and a young man named Vuyani had to step in and assist with so much kindness from beginning to finish.

And when i was finally checking out there was another patient that the very same EMMA was having an exchange of words with and once again the poor Vuyani was stepping in again.

Not only is she a bad ambassador but i feel sorry for her colleagues who have to rescue her behavior all the time.

Awuna buntu( You lack Ubuntu) Sisi and should be placed very far away from sick people.
