Bad bad service

I thought this hospital was the best until when I took my dad there Jul-15-2021 7:5pm... Imagine having to wait for an hour at a "Private hospital" Receptionist with a very sick person, when Dr MOUMI came she was like "this is an ICU case n we don't have enough bed so u must find another hospital", with an attitude ??I then demanded to see the metron Sister Wilson, a God sent,,, she calm the situation n attend to it immediately within 10min a bed was now available for my dad?..... I am so disappointed with the stuff at SK Matseke, they honestly don't know the value of a person. I feel like reviews are not enough, i actually need to voice it out to the right people... People are taken for granted at the private hospital n mind you, we paying thousands of Rands.. If anyone can please assist me with the email address of someone in charge, I will appreciate it my email is ***
