Almost died stuff refusing to assist

Good day

I am Mandisa Kgokong and got the worst experience of my life with Dr SK MATSEKE.

So on the 1st November I went to hospital and I was very weak after passing out at home...I was dizzy and getting hospital was a hustle.it didn't cross my mind that I should have called an ambulance.

When I got to the hospital in Soweto I went to the reception the lady that assisted me told me tht your case is not an emergency even after I told her I fainted last night and in the morning of the same day.Told her I was weak she cud see that I was not well at all.

She told me that I had to pay r425 before admission and I told her I'm using medical aid.Then she said with key care you have to pay that amount before she could open a file for me.

I told her I can pay later that dah whn my fiance comes to take me back home.At that point I had a very blurry version.She insisted on the payment.I went out trying to make calls...just whn I got out the door I immediately fainted and hit my head on the floor.thats whn thy started assisting me😢💔Anything cud have happened because of their negligence.

I'm so disappointed with the treatment at that hospital and I am taking matters further.Legal action and hello Peter just to make ppl aware of the streatment in that hospital.
