Patricia Khamande very rude and wants ,me to defy lockdown just to pay R109.20

Patricia Khamande called me that I must go to the bank or come to the consulting rooms defying the President's 21 day lock down just to pay the R109.20 oustanding. This was after i had paid the the R1 000,00 that was due. Patricia was very RUDE and did not care about the lock down meaing that i must risk my life to pay R109.20 Is it really worth my exposure to the corona virus? I am not refusing to pay but will do so.
