Unprofessional

In October my mother was admitted to Nkanyezi Hospital. In the month of February threatening sms’s were sent to my mother regarding an unpaid claim, when I called you the medical aid it turns out that Drs Mashao claimed twice hence th 2nd claim wasn’t t paid. I called their offices spoke to both Kwezi and Tshepo I was advised that the account will be looked into to date nothing has been said. However their threatening messages still queue up on my mothers phone.
