Undelivered Goods and higher charge

I did not go directly to order from Vipeuservices site, I had ordered from Dr Martin but received an email from Taylor, who had an email linked to ***. I ordered their Dr Martin boots, on the 5th of December 2024, which to this day of 09.01.2025 I have not received. So to me, they are a complete ****. Stay away from Dr Martin's website RSA. I think these ****mers **** the websites of reliable brands such that you are deceived thinking you are in a legitimate site, when you are actually on the ****mers' site. the reason I am saying this I am reading a lot of bad reviews from other victims who ordered from other site and received e-mails from people with email addresses from Vipeuservices.
