Terrible Service

<p>On Thursday, the 13 April I visited the Dr. Martens shop in Rosebank to fit some shoes. They did not have stock and the guy advised that he can order/check when the next shipment will arrive and whether the item will then be available.</p> <p> </p> <p>Phoned the Dr. Martens shop today at 09h34 and the lady that answered just stated that they do not order, they do not check and she can not assist. I have to order online as they “do not do that”.</p> <p> </p> <p>I mentioned that I spoke to the shop assistant previously as one do not have the option to buy this specific shoe at the online store and if she can maybe advise how to find it via the store. She just said NO.</p> <p> </p> <p>This was the most unhelpful person I have ever encountered. Not willing to help or advise at all. She WILL NOT assist in any way. What pathetic service.</p> <p> </p>
