Y Go to Private Practices To Get Government Service

<p>I went to Dr Maphisa & Partners to get my blood test results and pap smear results, patiently I filled the form in gave my medical aid card, and got assisted by Pearl very kindly and professional, very understanding to. She had informed me the lab was closed and had to come back the next day to then get my results. I then asked her, do I need to go through this whole process again and fill in form and have you'll charge my card again. She assured me no. No need just come in tomorrow I will place your file in a place that the people on shuft tomorrow can just pull it out, get your results and give it to you. I then left happy and was okay, dispite of the unclean toilets and blood stained chairs in the waiting area and bad pee smell when I walked into the practice, I was happy with pearls service. The next day I arrived and got to the desk, informed the receptionist at the desk, I was here yesterday and was told to inform you'll that the file was already out and im just here to collect my blood test results and pap smear results. They told me then to take a seat, I then waited for 30min patiently and then went back to explain it to another receptionist again, she then said, please fill your name and details on a little pink paper, I then questioned it and said, No y should I fill in this paper yet I had filled in everything yesterday. Then the first Receptionist told me, forget about yesterday we were not here yesterday so we can't help u regarding yesterday. Then I was like wait a minute, I was here yesterday already filled in everything gave my medical aid card and I paid and now I have to go through everything again pay and go through the whole process again, yet I was not examined yesterday and today I have to do the same thing to not get examined again. I then sat down explained everything to my partner and we left nobody tried to find out what was I frustrated about or try to explain y I had to do everything again which was wrong, and try to assit me, until I had to get home again, call in and complain, and they said sorry come back, we will get your results and file out come back. Got there and I still had to wait. Which then brings me to the question, why are we paying for ****pie service, where I could have just gone to a government clinic or hospital to do everything and wait for the amount of time I waited and service I received? To be told forget about yesterday we were not here so qe cannot assisted you.....</p>
