Poor service like public hospitals

On Monday 15/11 we came to do circumcission, at the reception they said we came late. The doctor who is doing it has left. We came again on Wednesday early to be assisted, at the reception we were told the doctor is not in today we should come back Friday or Saturday before 11am

The transport money we are spending as we are coming from the north is down the drain. Today 20/11 we came again at 10am a very arrogant n unfriendly receptionist with a pony hairstyle told us in a very unpleasant way with no reason. She said ‘ they cant do the operation today we should come on Monday ‘ and she called the next person.

Now I’m not sure if we will ever get help from Dr Maphisa and the money we’have spent for transport this week to get help from them is always unsuccessful. Worse today I sensed it from the front desk because of poor welcoming service we received from those 2 ladies that NO ONE WILL ASSIST US AGAIN TODAY. Pitty when we call their customer service number *** to get more proper information about the operation, we always get clear answers and clear info but it is a different story at the front desk.

I’m alerting everyone Who ever goes to Dr Maphisa be prepared for disappointment and poor service at the front desk, sick or not sick be prepared.
