Lack of Service Delivery

<p>I went to Dr Maphisa and Partners today which is a private practice at Lister Building in Johannesburg CBD. I would not recommend this practice to anyone due to lack of service. They take money upfront whilst you sit there for hours waiting to see a doctor. I was there from 11:30am this morning and left at 17:00 without being attended to. I wasn't the only one subjected to such treatement, a lot more people were there and I left them there. Before leaving I asked an assistance how long it takes to see a doctor there without receiving a valid answer. It is sad that people that need medical attention are treated like this. </p>
