Convulsions in the queue

Yesterday around 3:30 i took my 4year old son to Maphisa lister building. The sister took his temperature and it was 40°. She couldn't even be sympathetic towards a sick child with a temperature so high. Instead of moving us to the front of the queue, she told us to go and join the queue which had about 15 people making is number 16. Whilst seated in the queue my son started having convulsions. Do you not make people who are serious first priority. Just the fact that his temperature was 40° besides the fact that it was a child as you seem not to make children 1st priority. Do you not prioritize such cases or your nurses are just plainly ******** of such.
