Bad service

My wife and I just had a very bad service tonight. We called and we were told consultation is 500. We are aware she is pregnant. She went in for consultation as she was vomiting a lot. We were then told to pay additional amount for a check that was done without our consent or being told about. What the doctor on duty and the ladies at the reception said were different. As a result, we were not helped at all after paying for consultation. We were not even given a report. What waste of money for us and very bad service. The most bad service we have ever received
