Bad Service

Today i was appalled by the service received at Maphisa and Partner practise in lister building. Its 1 thing to queue for an hour waiting for a doctor, but its another story to see a doctor then the very same doctor tells u to wait for him his coming to attend u, then wait for another hour.

I was there for my review today doctor on duty in room 3, after iv spoken to him he then tells to to wait for him in the ultrasound room, i went there and waited for an hour, just for a sonar, at that time, i hsve paid. I have never seen such, ever since they moved to 3rd floor, service sucks.
