Bad Lab service

I got such terrible service from the lab.. I consulted and found out I needed blood samples on Thursday 31 October, but the lab was already closed so I came back for the samples to be taken on Friday morning at 8am I was there. I asked the lab assistant when will the results be ready, she assured me that they would be ready on Monday anytime. I got there on Monday after 5pm and they told me the lab person didn't print the results and O should come back on Tuesday. These are people's lives and they act as if this is not an expensive paid for service. This is putting people's lives on jeopardy and you would think that as health professionals they would know this, just the anxiety of spending the weekend waiting for the lab to open on Monday, since they don't operate during weekends, then still getting there on Monday to be told the results were not printed. I'm so angry!!!
