Appalling Service

I don’t understand why would you hire someone who cannot use a computer as a receptionist so this lady doesn’t know anything about a computer she couldn’t search for my name on their system and I’ve had them on my medical aid for the past 3 years he excuse is that maybe my name was wiped out because I haven’t been to the doctor for a while???? then she has the audacity to ask if I have any funds on my medical aid what the hell?? She further went and said “ this is why I hate medical aid clients “ I ended up taking my stuff and saying I will go to my primary Doctor because their service is appalling. I don’t understand why would you hire someone who doesn’t know what they doing and who talks as if they talking to their friends when interacting with clients the lady’s name is Thando what a waste of a human being someone else is struggling to find a job out there and as stupid as she is she has one.
