poor,unprofessional service at Dr Makoti's surgery in tembisa,Kopanong

i have visited this surgery and was assisted by a female nigerian Dr,who was very rude,she asked me what was the problem I told her and she said she cant see anything and thereafter gave me medication,i then asked her to write me a Dr's note and she refused saying she cannot write for me as she was not sure of the symptoms of my illness,mind you i had a sore throat .As i was leaving the surgery i met other people who was also complaining about the same Dr saying she is like that.
