I am not satisfied with the service

Went there today ,A female Nigerian doctor checked me and just gave me pain****ers and folic acid pills for a urine infection and i was told buy a cream.Meaning i paid 300 for pain****ers and folic acid pills which i get for free at the clinic.I wasted my money nje .I am really disappointed
