My mom and i went to dr Makhubela on Thursday to do blood test. When the results came back they had my moms toenails on them interms if medical aid and not my details. What I tested for is under my moms name and what she tested is under my name. Im not even sure if correct blood was used for each test.

Im really disappointed at the level of incompetence in your practice. The lack of communication and incorrect charges and names of the medical aid. I came to you from Rosettenville with hope that we will get help but we find ourselves more confused. How do you charge all these bloods under my mom? How do I even know the results are correct because you mixed up the names and information? How do I pay for something like this ? This is really not fair because even now I don't know what my results are. Im just guessing that where you wrote my mom that's me but still the information is wrong. We waited for 4 hours to see this doctor and still bot even sure what is going on with our health Don't get me started on how filthy and unhygienic your practice is considering that you have such high clientele. Stop taking advantage of people and do the correct thing
