Bad service

My aunt went to dr last week, and paid R400, dr said she must come again this week for something else and she must come with R270, those ladies were like no doctor for pap smer is R400+R270, my aunt said no the doctor said i must come with R270 why u guys saying that, they say no ita how it is, then she went to see a doctor, the makhubela said i only said u must come with R270 the R400 i dont know about it, even the lady refused saying she didn't say that and don't know my aunt. Today she went to fetch results "doctor again" said she must come back for results so that he can explain them to her, noh maan the "rude"lady at the reception were like again you have to pay R400 for doctor and other amount for the doctor to read the results for you, like how can you pay if the doctor didnt say you must pay, We really disappointed after so many years going there, only to find out they treating ppl this bad.
