This doctor provides inadequate information and lacks good communication skills.

This doctor is not informative, she does not explain what the issue you are experiencing is, the only thing she told me was that I need to return for a follow up visit, but I was confused what the follow up is for because she didn't even explain the reason. I'm studying a health science degree and from what I learnt, health professionals should convey information to patients in a way that will not leave them unsatisfied. No patient should have to pay a large amount of money for information to not be relayed to them in a way that is satisfactory. Her receptionist is welcoming though, I'll give it to her.
