Terrible experience

Worst experience ever, the gynae is NOT informative, does not let you ask questions related to your wife’s pregnancy, always says “don’t worry about that now”, she has no consideration for peoples time, you make an appointment, get there on time wait an hour to be seen and then weirdly she only spends like 12-15 min with you? Also what is with the constant ultrasounds? We get 2 FREE ultrasounds because of our medical aid and she constantly does ultrasounds, then says it’s the only way to measure the baby otherwise she would not be able to see what’s going on?? Seriously? Also every single time you go you pay R500 for an ultrasound, she asks you if you want a picture and the picture quality is absolutely **********😐. For a “gynae” with such high tech equipment the pictures are terrible, mind you?? We also have to pay AN ADDITIONAL R150 for the terrible picture.

This woman also “encourages” c sections when there is absolutely nothing wrong with the mother or the child, let me tell you why?? She wants to schedule her time and get the most money out of you as possible. This woman is absolutely heartless and if I could put her out of practice I most certainly would, she should not be trusted with such a delicate job, she has no human traits and pretends as if SHE is doing you a favour?? I am horrified by my experience and would recommend ANY public hospital above this woman.

ALSO she forces you to write a GOOD review about her while she is with you and spends more time getting you to set up an account on hello Peter than doing her actual job. I would sue this woman. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HER SHE IS TERRIBLE and her receptionists have the most disgusting attitudes, they talk about patients in the presence of other patients and I went with my wife for one of the consultations where we had asked if we could pay once the consult was over the receptionist’s response was “ it literally takes one minute for you to go downstairs to draw the money” HILARIOUS.

I hope people take the time to read this. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WOMAN OR HER PRACTICE. PLEASE STAY AWAY.
