, you are still left waiting up to an hour due to either Kalim arriving at work late or receptionist double booking your appointment. There was also miscommunication re my initial appointment papsmear, at end of appointment, receptionist handed me a plastic sleeve with a blood test paper I need to have done. I had meeting that afternoon and asked if I could go another day which she said yes. I managed to go have my blood tests done 5 days later and once there, we discovered a little plastic bottle in sleeve (I thought maybe it was for urine sample too)…No, it was my Papsmear swab! Receptionist failed to inform me it was in there and I actually needed to take my own papsmear sample to Lancet! Nor did she fail to advise that I keep it in fridge when I told her I had meetings. This papsmear was still put through my medical aid and when I had to remind them about it at my very last appointment, they actually wanted to charge me for it again!!! I never went back to her after my last procedure and I still have a stitch in my belly button (since 29 July)..I could spend hours on this review… all in all though..what should’ve been a beautiful experience ended up being just one filled with frustration, worry, no answers and stress. I absolutely do NOT recommend her to anyone
