Dermatologist

I booked an appointment with the dermatologist over a month ago so that I could get a repeat script of Roaccutane. I was meant to have an appointment with her tomorrow and her receptionist phoned at 15:00 saying that the dermatologist is taking tomorrow off and that she couldn't see me tomorrow. I asked if she was able to make an exception, since my script is about to expire and the receptionist said that she was unable to.

All the other dermatologists in the area are booked at least a month in advance ( which is why I made the appointment far in advance). I am highly disappointed with the level of unprofessional and would not recommend the dermatologist at all.
