Bad Service

Bad service with double submission of account to Medical Aid. We saw the Dr for 5 min at the EMR at Eugene Marais for our son's head injury. We received an account with the wrong service date, we inform the Dr's account Department. After several mails about 3 months later we received an account with correct service date by with an amount R1 400 more than it was. We send it back again. In October we eventually received the correct account with correct service date and amount. But when we submit it to the Medical Aid, we were informed the Dr claimed both the amounts from the Medical Aid. The claim was declined. Ever since we are trying to get an explanation from the Drs account Department why both claims were submitted. We haven't received any feedback from the Dr and now they handed our account over to Attorneys.
