Ridiculous waiting time

I came in here to bring my sick daughter we waited for about two hours before being attended to. I just fiund this fownright ridiculous, if i wanted to be in a que for a long period of time i wouldve went to the clinic. No sick person shiuld wait this long, the staff is not even bothering themselves by updating us on anything, we waiting here like stupids. Get another doctor on board ASAP.
