Verbal abuse

I was sitting in the waiting room of this dental practice and the boss told the receptionist to **** off, I was flabbergasted! How can you speak to your staff like that, especially when the receptionist has worked for him for so many years. I loved going there but now I’m not so sure I want to associate myself with those kinds of people, I also find his surgery a mess and very unhygienic! His nurse is always on her phone too? Not the best dental treatment? Rather give them a miss.
