OBGYN CHATS ON PHONE AND LAUGHS WHILE PATIENT WAIT FOR HER

I walked into Dr Lucia Lekala offices in PLK ,a Gyneacologist at 13H57. I filled out forms and when done was asked to pay a levy of R600. There was no card machine so I was asked to do an EFT payment. Which I did and showed receptionist. I waited until about 14H25 and asked if she will be seeing me soon...she was talking on the phone and we could hear her conversation really all chatty and laugher from her room. At 14H40 I asked again will she be seeing me soon, and nothing. At 14H55 I asked again her response to receptionist was she didn't get bank notifications for the R600. Which I sent proof of. At 15H00 I asked for refund which only arrived at 19H00 as a cash send. When I texted saying how disappointed I was especially because I'm not feeling well her response was "we didn't meet your expectations, you have the right to go next door". Besides the fact that I had already recieved a prescription without consulting should have been a first red flag.
