Very incompetant accounts staff

Was hospitalised a month ago via emergency unit " Wilgers Hospital Pretoria(27 April 2025) . On 2nd May while still in hospital I got an account via whatsapp to please settle an account for R150-00 which my medical aid did not pay. I immediately while still in hospital made a payment of R1,500 by mistake. I asked the lady called Angelique Buys ) who sent me the request for payment that I made an error by paying to much ( R1,350) and if they could refund me asap. She promised to take it up with their office. 3 days went by without feedback. After several attempts I could not get positve feedback from her....just follow up promises. I wrote 3 emails and got acknowledgement that they owe me money , once again no payment. 3 weeks later I called their office and spoke with a lady called Rina , who knew about my complaint and was surprised that I was not paid .again I got promises of follow up and feedback. It's been a month now I and I still do not have my R1,350.. I think they are very un-proffessional , don't care about refunding me asap. Wilgers hospital emergency accounts dept gets (0) zero rating from me.
