Useless Dr Louis van Zyl in Hammanskraal Renbro

My mom had been sick from the 4th July 2025 and we took her to the doctor a couple of times, there is one female Doctor there who is very good and takes her time when attending to patients. But then there's this male doctor who doesn't have time for his patients, all he cares about it's patients money but not their well being, he would attend to two patients at the same time (ofcourse in different rooms), in less than 20 minutes he will be done with those patients. He ****ed me off on the 21st July 2025, my mom was not getting any better and we took her back to the Dr only to be attended by Louis van Zyl, somehow I decided to record our conversation on that day, he told me that I must take my mom for an Xray and he said he will give us a referral letter for that, yes even on that day he kept walking out to attend to the other patient in the other room. I waited at reception for the referral and because there was still time, I contacted botshilu hospital and they said I can bring my mom as long as I have a referral letter. We quickly drove there and on arrival they requested the letter, which I gave them. To our surprise Dr Louis van Zyl told us something but went and wrote something totally different on the referral. I played the recording to the Friendly staff at botshilu hospital and they even tried calling the Dr to email the correct letter unfortunately no one was answering, I then remembered that I have contact of someone who used to work at their reception and she said she doesn't have the doctors mobile number, but gave us contact of the other lady who works at reception. Yoh, worse, we were told stories that the doctor is using a bus to travel home, he can't take calls and will only respond to her after 8pm when he gets home. That Doctor is useless my mom nearly died because of his ignorance and wrong referral. Two days later I called an ambulance just after 11pm as I could see that my mom needed urgent attention and she was then admitted to hospital and they discovered that she had a clot on her lung and that disturbed blood flow and was immediately rushed to ICU. Thanks God, she made it alive. However, it's doctor's like Louis van Zyl that cause unnecessary trauma to families, when they should have listened carefully to patients, give proper treatments and correct referrals. They can just destroy me and my mom's file we will never visit that surgery again.
