Doctor insults patient

Today I had a toothache and I went to this doctor, This Doctor is so rude he was swearing at me because he was under pressure the tooth didn't want to come out now he decided to keep on swearing at me saying I'm not opening my mouth enough, I don't understand how I would leave home go to the doctor in pain and wouldn't want to open my mouth, I was opening my mouth and he would press my mouth with that metal thing he used to take my tooth out the way he was rough he nearly broke my jaw, my lip also had scratches and blood from that.. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone, he insulted me saying there's something wrong with this ****** woman and I'd hear him swearing also in my language (Zulu), the doctor works at Mohammed Medical Centre in Isipingo
