Bad attitude towards patients.
My son was referred to Dr Lippert in 2007. It was suggested we have a follow up when he is in primary school, as he was too young to be properly assessed.
In 2012 we returned and medication was prescribed. In 2014 the medication was changed and therefore the script was changed and more medication was added.
We have subsequently moved from PTA to the Cape and I have struggled to get a copy of the latest dosage my son was prescribed as I will be using a local clinic instead of a private neurologist.
The receptionist was rude and acted as if I'm asking her to perform the impossible. She eventually sent an email with the medication prescribed, dating back to 2012!
When I took this up with her again and rep**** to her email stating that this was the first prescription 4 years ago (I also clearly stated what meds he was currently on, what dosage and times of the day.)
She responded to my email with a rude comment \if there is any uncer*****y please make an appointment with the Dr.\"
Clearly knowing I am 1400kilometers away!
I must now make a follow up app with a Dr who charges R1900 for 10 min, who we have been patients with for 9 years ... due to lack of caring by the receptionist!"
