Consulting room closed at my appointment time

I made an appointment with Dr Lingham's receptionist who advised to come at their consulting room by 2pm. I arrived there 15mins early and to my surprise the was no one. The door was locked. I decided to wait as I know gynaes are most of the time late but 2 hrs later there was still no one. I felt disgusted because if u don't show up for your app they charge u but they didn't even have the decency to tell me that they won't make it. I ended up going to dr Jacobs, he's not the friendliest or receptive gynae but helped me anyway.
